As we head into the holiday period, we wanted to share a quick update on our operating and dispatch times.

Ochre Lane is a small, founder-led team, and while we’ll be taking a short, well-deserved break over the holidays, we’ll still be dispatching orders on our scheduled opening days.

Warehouse & Dispatch Dates

Orders will be packed and shipped only on the days our warehouse and showroom is open.

Please note that we do not operate or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

During peak sale periods (including Boxing Day), dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual due to high order volume — we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
