Shipping within Australia
All domestic orders are shipped via an Australia Post trackable service – you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, if not the same day. This period may increase during peak sale periods.
We suggest selecting our 'Jump The Queue' service at check out if you require your order by a specific date.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all AUS orders over $100.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $10 at check out for ordered under $100.
Estimated transit time of up to 3-10 business days for metro areas.
Please allow extra time for regular post to WA, NT & remote areas and during peak holiday periods.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is $15 at check out.
Estimated transit time of up to 1-3 business days for metro areas.

JUMP THE QUEUE
Our 'Jump The Queue' service includes Priority Packing + AusPost Express Shipping for $25 at check out.
This service ensures your order is dispatched the same day (if ordered before 1pm), or first thing the following morning.
We recommend selecting this service to avoid longer than usual dispatch times during peak sale periods – or if you need your order shipped first thing Monday morning after the weekend, to ensure it arrives before a specific date.
RETURN SHIPPING
As a small business we're unable to cover the cost of return and exchange shipping fees at this time.
All return shipping fees are the responsibly of the customer.

All Orders are picked up by Australia Post by 1pm everyday
If you need your order by a specific date and are unsure whether it will arrive in time, please contact us so we can advise the best shipping service.
International Shipping
All International orders are shipping by Australia Post. Once it reaches the destination country, it is then handed over to your local postal service for delivery.
We do our best to dispatch all orders same-day, however please allow an extra 24 - 48hrs hours for your order to be dispatched during peak times.
If you need your order by a specific date we encourage you to select our "Jump the Queue" at check out – this will also ensure your order is packed first and shipped express, in peak sale periods.

Tariffs, Duties or Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or custom fees.
We DO NOT cover any duties, customs fees. Any customs fees, taxes or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Depending on the purchase price of your order this may mean you are asked by customs to pay an additional fee in order to receive your item.
Please refer to your country's local import duties & taxes prior to purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will have received a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which includes the tracking. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t locate the confirmation email in your inbox.
Please note sometimes our styles can be on Pre-Order which means your order will not be dispatched from our warehouse until the style arrives. Pre-Order information can be found in the product description drop down.

WHY IS MY TRACKING PENDING?
You might receive an email saying your order is being prepared by the sender, and the tracking information is 'pending'. This just means that we have printed your order and it is in the queue to be packed.
During periods where we have a higher volume of orders (sales, pre-orders and holidays), your tracking might be pending for a few days while we get through the orders.
However if your tracking information does not update after an extended period of time, please contact us so we can investigate.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
PEAK SALE PERIODS
Our dispatch timeframe may be longer than usual during peak sale periods or after a long weekend. If you need your order before a specific date, please get in contact with us to arrange a shipping upgrade.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
Occasionally we put some items in high demand on pre-order. This gives you the opportunity to secure the item before we have received the stock.
There will be an estimated date of shipment in the product description drop down on the the product page of the item.
All orders featuring a pre order item will be shipped together. If you'd like order an in stock item as well, we recommend placing 2 separate orders.
If you have already placed the order and would like the items shipped separately, please contact us to arrange this (note - this will incur a shipping fee).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
All orders with an incorrect address, or unclaimed parcels at the post office or customs, will be returned to our warehouse.
Once received, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Any shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer prior to reshipment.
If we contact you and don't hear back after a long period of time – your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued – minus the original shipping fee and cost of the return shipping back to our warehouse.
Orders returned to sender due to being unclaimed or a customer error are not eligible for a refund.

What happens if my order is delayed, missing or stolen?
DELAYED PARCELS
Unfortunately delays happen, please allow 1 month from your dispatch date for your order to arrive. If your tracking information is still 'Pending' for more than a few days, please send us an email.
If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel is missing in transit, please email hello@ochrelane.com and someone from our team will be able to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
Ochre Lane take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If the package has reached it's destination country, please contact your local postal service as we are unable to lodge an enquiry on your behalf.
Where are your orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Gold Coast Australia within 1-2 business days, if not the same day.
Please allow extra time during peak sales periods. If you require your items before a specific date, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order.
Do you offer free returns?
As as a small business we are unable to cover the cost of return and exchange shipping.
We DO NOT cover any return postage for any returns unless your item is faulty.
If you need to return an item, the postage costs are covered by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders after they have already been placed. Please choose carefully before you check out and pay for your order.
Can I buy or return items in store?
Yes, if you are local to the Gold Coast we'd love to have you in store.
