CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Wholesale Account Sales Manager
FULL TIME | HYBRID | TWEED HEADS OFFICE
As we continue expanding across Australia, the United States and Europe, we're looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Sales Manager to lead the growth of our wholesale business and build meaningful partnerships with retailers who align with our brand.
This is a highly commercial role for someone who enjoys both relationship building and business development. You'll work closely with our founder, wholesale agencies and retail partners to grow our global footprint while ensuring every account receives an exceptional brand experience.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for driving wholesale sales across multiple territories, managing relationships with our agency network and independent retailers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the operational success of our wholesale channel.
You'll become the key point of connection between our internal team, production, agencies and retail partners — helping ensure every collection reaches the right stores, at the right time, with the right level of support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Wholesale Sales & Business Development
- Drive growth across existing and emerging wholesale markets throughout Australia, the US and Europe.
- Prospect and secure new premium retail partners aligned with the Ochre Lane brand.
- Build long-term relationships with boutique retailers and key accounts.
- Develop seasonal wholesale initiatives and promotional opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to strategically move excess inventory while protecting brand positioning.
- Attend domestic and international trade shows and showroom appointments each season.
Agency & Retail Partner Management
- Manage day-to-day communication with our regional wholesale agencies.
- Support agencies in achieving seasonal sales targets and maintaining strong retailer relationships.
- Work closely with retailers to ensure a seamless onboarding and ordering experience.
- Resolve operational issues including deliveries, stock availability and account enquiries.
- Maintain regular communication to maximise sell-through and repeat orders.
Wholesale Operations & Performance
- Monitor sales performance and sell-through across all wholesale accounts.
- Prepare monthly wholesale reporting, forecasts and business insights.
- Manage agency commission reporting and invoice validation.
- Oversee our B2B ordering platform, inventory allocations and reorder management.
- Work alongside production and operations to ensure accurate stock availability and timely fulfilment.
ABOUT YOU
You'll bring a genuine passion for premium fashion and a strong commercial mindset, with the confidence to build relationships, identify opportunities and grow accounts independently.
You'll have:
- 3-5 years' experience within wholesale sales, account management or business development.
- A proven track record of securing new wholesale business and growing existing accounts.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.
- Confidence working across multiple systems, reporting and operational processes.
- The flexibility to travel domestically and internationally throughout the year.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Commercially driven with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership without needing direction.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Equally comfortable working strategically and operationally.
- Passionate about premium fashion, customer experience and brand integrity.
- Excited to work within a fast-growing founder-led business where no two days look the same.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience within premium fashion, swimwear or resortwear.
- Previous experience working with Australian and international wholesale markets.
- Familiarity with Shopify B2B or wholesale ordering platforms.
- Experience working alongside wholesale agencies or distributors.

Brand & Marketing Coordinator
FULL TIME | IN HOUSE | TWEED HEADS OFFICE
We're looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Coordinator to help bring our marketing to life across our channels and tell the Ochre Lane story with care and consistency.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys marketing and does it well. You'll work closely with our Head of Brand and alongside our founder and creative director, with clear direction and a supportive team around you.
THE ROLE
You'll look after the day-to-day rollout of our marketing across social, email, content and production — creating and scheduling content, helping build campaigns, assisting on photoshoots, and keeping every touchpoint considered and on-brand.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll have direction from our Head of Brand, an in-house graphic designer for creative, and an external agency handling paid media. This role is about coordinating and creating well across channels, not carrying every function on your own.
The broader strategy is set by our leadership team. Your job is to bring it to life day to day, and over time to help shape how it rolls out — from planning the content calendar to knowing what will land where.
You're comfortable working autonomously and taking a brief and running with it, and you enjoy being part of a small, collaborative team. The role involves regular domestic and overseas travel for photoshoots, so you'll need to be happy to travel through the year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media
- Plan, create and schedule content across our social channels, with direction from our Head of Brand.
- Help keep our feed considered, on-brand and consistent, season to season.
CRM & Email (Klaviyo)
- Plan and write campaign and flow copy that reflects the brand.
- Brief and work with our in-house graphic designer to build the visuals.
- Use segmentation to help support retention and repeat purchase.
Photoshoots & Production
- Assist on photoshoots from planning through to the day, including booking models, shoots and locations.
- Travel domestically and internationally each season to support our shoots.
- Assist in creating content plans to ensure we're getting the most out of our photoshoots and content days.
Paid Media
- Support our Head of Brand and ad agency by organising content, briefs and assets.
- A basic working knowledge of paid media is required.
- Occasionally create content specifically for paid media channels
Strategy + General Reporting
- Over time, help translate the seasonal marketing plan into a content calendar and channel rollout.
- Assist with marketing reports across our organic channels.
Supporting the Wider Team
- Work closely with our partnerships + community coordinator to assist the roll out of paid and gifted partnerships and event planning.
- From time to time, you may be asked to assist on general e-commerce updates within the back end of Shopify.
ABOUT YOU
You genuinely enjoy marketing and take pride in doing it well. You're happy working across a few different areas, and you like the variety that comes with a growing brand.
You'll have:
- At least 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand.
- Solid copywriting skills and a good eye for on-brand content.
- Experience with Klaviyo (or a similar CRM platform) and a working understanding of segmentation.
- Working knowledge of Shopify.
- A basic understanding of paid media.
- Good organisation and the ability to keep a few things moving at once.
- The flexibility to travel domestically and internationally throughout the year for campaign shoots.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Passionate about marketing and enjoys the variety of working across channels.
- Self-motivated and happy to take ownership of their work.
- A natural collaborator who likes being part of a close-knit team and takes direction well.
- Organised, with a good eye for detail.
- Excited to work within a growing, founder-led business.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience within premium fashion, swimwear or resortwear.
- Extensive Shopify Experience
- Experience working in paid media
- Familiarity with marketing reporting and analytics.
