Join our team as a Retail & Customer Service Assistant, where you'll provide exceptional service and create a exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Help us bring our swimwear, resort & accessories to life in the showroom while ensuring seamless operations and fostering meaningful connections with our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a collaborative team environment.

As a key part of our team, you'll support day-to-day customer service & showroom operations — greeting customers, offering styling advice, and ensuring the space reflects the brand.

Beyond the showroom, you'll assist across various areas of the business, including online customer service, order fulfilment, stock management and social media.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Delivering exceptional in-store service and styling support
  • Ensuring the showroom remains clean, organised and brand-aligned
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media
  • Following up with customers after resolving queries to ensure satisfaction
  • Assisting with order fulfilment and packing online orders
  • Processing returns and exchanges in a timely, professional manner
  • Supporting regular stock takes and inventory organisation
  • Assisting with social media tasks, including content capture and influencer gifting preparation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • A warm, approachable demeanour with a customer-first mindset
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer literacy and confidence using email, spreadsheets or Shopify (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask when needed

Although this position is casual, there is room to grow within the business for the right candidate.

This position is available to start immediately.
