Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase if your items do not suit. All items must be unworn and in resalable condition to be accepted for a return (in it's original packaging with all tags + hygiene stickers attached).

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns made outside of the 14 day period. If your order was delayed in the post and if you are having trouble lodging a return please contact us at hello@ochrelane.com.

FULL PRICED ITEMS
All full priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.

If you choose to receive a refund or store credit, the value will be the full purchase price of the item minus any discounts or shipping fees.

All refunds, store credits & exchanges will be issued once the item is processed by our team.

SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Reduced items are not eligible for a refund. This includes items purchased with a discount code (excluding our 10% welcome discount), during store-wide and/or peak sale periods such as Boxing Day or Black Friday.

The only circumstance in which a discounted item will be eligible for a refund is if the item is deemed faulty. This policy is in line with our obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and is strictly enforced. Being unaware of this policy will not entitle you to a refund.

Reduced items are eligible for an exchange or store credit if they are returned within the Returns Period and are in their original condition.

Your store credit gift card will be emailed to your inbox and is valid for 3 years.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty. This is strictly enforced.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to our warehouse.

RETURN SHIPPING T&Cs

We DO NOT cover any return postage for any returns unless your item is faulty - return postage costs are covered by the customer.

RESELLEBLE CONDITION

Items returned with signs of being worn for long periods of time (perfume smell, marks and hygiene stickers removed) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
