Sizing & Fit

Do you have a size chart?

Yes we do, please refer to the sizing guide on the product page on the item you are interested in.

Are your styles suitable for larger cup sizes?

While our swimwear is not designed with specific cup sizes in mind, some customers find a perfect fit by sizing up.

A member of the team will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit. Please contact us and include the below information -

- The styles and colour you're interested in
- Your usual top, pant and cup size
- If your size is AU, US, EU etc

Payment Options

Can I use any buy now, pay later payment options?

Yes you can! We offer Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPal as our buy now, pay later methods of payment.

How do I use a discount code / store credit?

Discount codes are applied at the check out in the "Discount code or gift card" box.

You cannot use multiple discount codes at once, however you can use a discount code and store credit in the one order.

Apply the discount code first and then the store credit.

Can I purchase Ochre Lane in store?

Yes, if you are local to the Gold Coast, please come in and visit our store – Shop 8, 30-32 Currumbin Creek Road, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223.

Otherwise, if you are located elsewhere within Australia, please check out our stockist page.

Cancelling / Updating your order

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, please notify us via email immediately—all cancelled orders will incur a $10 processing fee to cover the administration/bank fees incurred.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once the item has been fulfilled. If the item is full price you can return for a refund once it has been delivered.

I ordered the wrong item/size, can I update my order?

If you need to change your order please contact us immediately via email—we will do out best to edit the order provided the items are in stock.

Unfortunately we are unable update orders that have already been fulfilled.

I forgot to apply my discount code, can I add it after?

Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes once the order has already been processed and the payment made.

I just ordered and now the item its on sale, can I get a refund for the difference?

Discount codes and/or sale prices cannot be applied to orders already processed, therefore you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.

Returns & Restocks

Can I get a refund?

All full priced items are eligeble for a refund, store credit or exchange, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

Can I return a sale item?

Discounted items are not eligible for refund - however they can be returned for a store credit or exchange only.

All items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return at all.

What if the item I want to purchase is sold out?

If your size is currently sold out in your preferred style, you can register to be notified via email when it becomes available from a restock or return.

Head to the product page of the item you are interested in and click ‘notify me once restocked’.

Will you restock the Ribbed Towelling styles again?

Unfortunately we will not be restocking our Ribbed Towelling swimwear styles after this final restock. If you size is in stock we suggest getting in quick as styles will not last!
