SHIPPING & DELIVERY
During our Black Friday sale, our warehouse experiences a higher volume of orders — please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Select our Jump The Queue service at checkout for priority dispatch within 24 hours and express shipping.
You may receive an email confirming your order is being prepared — this simply means it’s in the queue. Tracking may take a few days to update.

Can I return my sale order for a refund?
No, items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are eligible for a store credit+10% or size exchange only.
ITEMS MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AT ALL.
This policy is strictly enforced and is in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Being unaware of this policy will not entitle you to a refund.
What is the returns policy?
Orders placed during our Black Friday Sale are eligible for a return for store credit+10% or size exchange only — excludes items discounted by 50% or more. These items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return at all.
Returns must be submitted through our online returns portal and physically returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
When does the sale end?
Our Black Friday Sale will be live for a limited time only, while stock lasts — if key styles or sizes sell out the sale will end.
Will you restock any styles before the sale?
Selected best-sellers will be restocked and available for pre-order at 30% off.
However there will be no further restocks after the sale is live.
How do pre-orders work?
To give you access to our most sought-after best sellers during Black Friday, some items will be available on pre-order.
- Pre-order delivery dates are estimates only and may change.
- If there is a significant delay, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel.
- Pre-order items purchased with in-stock products will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would like your in-stock items sent separately, please place two separate orders.
- All products are subject to availability, and we may decline or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable prior to dispatch.
What if the item I want to purchase is sold out?
Unfortunately all available stock will be online and no restocks will be supplied throughout the sale.
If your size is currently sold out in your preferred style, you can register to be notified via email when it becomes available from a restock or return.
Head to the product page of the item you are interested in and click ‘notify me once restocked’.
I ordered before the sale started, can I get a refund for the difference?
As mentioned in our terms of service, sales and promotions are only valid on new orders placed during the promotional period, and cannot be retroactively applied to previously order.
Cancelling / Updating your order
Can I cancel my sale order?
Orders processed during our Black Friday Sale are not eligible for cancellation. Please choose carefully when ordering.
I ordered the wrong item/size, can I update my order?
If you need to change your order please contact us immediately via email—we will do out best to edit the order, provided the items are in stock.
Unfortunately we are unable update orders that have already been fulfilled.
I forgot to apply my store credit, can I add it after?
Unfortunately we are unable to apply store credits once the order has already been processed and payment complete.
Payment Options
Can I use any buy now, pay later payment options?
Yes you can! We offer Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPal as our buy now, pay later methods of payment.
How do I use a discount code / store credit?
Store credits are applied at the check out in the "Discount code or gift card" box.
Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced sale items.
Can I purchase Ochre Lane in store?
Yes of course, the Black Friday Sale is valid in-store at our Currumbin Waters showroom.

Do you have a size chart?
Yes we do, view our size chart here.

Are your styles suitable for larger cup sizes?
While our swimwear is not designed with specific cup sizes in mind, some customers find a perfect fit by sizing up.
A member of the team will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit. Please contact us and include the below information -
- The styles and colour you're interested in
- Your usual top, pant and cup size
- If your size is AU, US, EU etc
