Returns Policy
We offer refunds (full price only), store credit or size exchange. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Items reduced by 15% or more (by discount code or promotion) are eligible for a size exchange or store credit+10% only.
Returns must be lodged online and sent back within 14 days of delivery — all items must be in their original condition (unworn with all tags and hygiene stickers attached and in their Ochre Lane garment bags) to be accepted.
As a small business we're unable to cover the cost of return + exchange shipping fees — these are responsibility of the customer.
