SHIPPING

  • Order before 12pm for same day dispatch*
  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150
  • AusPost Standard (3–10 business days): $10 — delivered in 
  • AusPost Express (1–3 business days): $15 — delivered in 

*Excludes public holidays. Sale or holiday periods may experience a longer dispatch timeframe.

RETURNS

  • Return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided all return conditions are met.
  • Sale and marked-down items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for return (unless under Australian Consumer Law).
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — a returns label is generated at the time of submitting the return and deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges receive free return shipping, with a $12 fee to reserve and send your new item out.
