While we work hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, it’s also one of the busiest times for postal services and couriers. To help you plan ahead, here are some key things to keep in mind when shopping with us this holiday season.
Holiday Trading
The Ochre Lane showroom + warehouse will be operating on our usual trading hours until Monday December 23rd.
MONDAY - FRIDAY - 9AM - 3PM
WEEKENDS - CLOSED
All click & collect orders will need to be picked up by Monday December 23rd if you intend to gift them on Christmas Day.
Our team will be taking a short break from December 24th - December 29th to spend time with our families. Orders made during this time will be dispatch when the dispatch team returns on January 30th. However our customer service & Currumbin Showroom will be available periodically during this time.
